- Put your keys in the envelope and slide it in the drop-off slot

- Arrange a time with your service advisor
- Make secure payment by phone
- Keys are securely locked in your vehicle, so bring an extra key for pick-up
- Alternative Transportation Available:
- Free loaner vehicles available by reservation
- Courtesy shuttle leaves dealership at 8am, 10am and 1pm daily
- Ask your service advisor to reserve a rental, free loaner or courtesy shuttle ride
